• We recommend using a soft sponge or cloth and a nonabrasive cleaning product. Soap and water will generally be sufficient.

• SHAWS fireclay sinks are manufactured with a durable glaze for years of beautiful performance. On the occasion that a metal pan or cutlery may mark the surface of the sink, we recommend “Cramer-Email Star Polish” cleaner to remove the mark.

• Do not use undiluted chemicals such as bleach in sinks.

• While no coloured sink of any kind is impervious to damage, fireclay resists chips, scratches and stains better than other materials. In the rare instance of a chip, colour match repair kits are available. “Cramer-Ceramic Repair Kits”.

• The Sink is a handcrafted product. The graduation of the drain is subtle. It may not drain in the same way that you are accustomed. The bottom may need to be wiped dry occasionally.

The NICOLAZZI Kitchen and bathroom tap ware are manufactured with extreme care and are quality controlled. With proper care, this high quality product will keep its original look for many years to come.

Please carefully observe the following instructions:

• Clean the surfaces with soap and water or with a diluted detergent.
  

• DO NOT USE ANY SCOURERS OR ABRASIVE chemical cleaners.

• The gold plated or nickel plated surfaces must only be cleaned with a damp cloth. The same gentle approach should be followed for all the finishes.

• WARNING. The use of cleaning products not recommended might irreparably harm the surfaces of the taps which could void the warranty.
